Privacy Policy for Vedic Breath

Introduction
Vedic Breath (the “App”) is a breathwork, meditation, and wellness application developed by Pranshu Patidar. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how that information is used, and the choices available to you when using the App.
Information We Collect
We aim to collect as little information as possible to operate the App.
• Local app data: Your profile details, selected goals, journaling entries, app settings, and practice progress or streak-related records are stored locally on your device using SwiftData.
• Notification preferences: If you enable reminders, the App stores your reminder preferences and schedules local notifications on your device.
• Subscription status: If you purchase Premium, subscription processing and validation are handled through Apple and RevenueCat. The App uses subscription status information to unlock Premium features.
We do not provide account registration, cloud sync, advertising identifiers, or in-app analytics based on the current implementation.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used only to provide the App’s features, including:
• personalizing your experience inside Vedic Breath
• saving your journal, settings, and practice history on your device
• scheduling reminders and trial-ending notifications if you enable them
• determining whether Premium access is active
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for behavioral tracking.
Data Storage and Security
Data created by the App is stored locally on your device. We do not currently offer account-based storage or cloud backup through the App itself.
Your information is therefore primarily protected by your device security, such as passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and Apple’s platform protections. While we use standard development practices intended to keep the App secure, no software environment can be guaranteed to be completely risk free.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on a small number of third-party services to support purchases and subscriptions:
• Apple App Store, for billing, subscription purchases, and refund handling
• RevenueCat, for subscription infrastructure and entitlement validation

Your Rights
Because Vedic Breath currently stores its core data locally on your device, you generally control that data directly.
• Access: You can view much of your data in the App itself.
• Deletion: You may remove entries or delete the App and its local data from your device.
• Notifications: You can disable reminders in the App or in iOS Settings.
• Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Children’s Privacy
Vedic Breath is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children through a remote account or analytics system. The App’s current implementation stores data locally on device and does not include account signup.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date shown in the App. Your continued use of the App after any update means you accept the revised policy.
