Introduction Attic (“the App”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our application.

Information We Collect We collect minimal information necessary to provide you with the best experience:

• Local Data Storage: All your saved items (links, notes, and documents) are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.

• Subscription Status: If you subscribe to our premium plans, your subscription information is managed through Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat. We only store whether you have an active subscription.

• Device Information: We do not collect any device identifiers or analytics data.

How We Use Your Information Your data is used exclusively for:

• Providing core app functionality (saving and organizing your content) • Managing your subscription status • Improving app performance and user experience

We do NOT: • Sell your data to third parties • Share your data with advertisers • Track your browsing habits • Collect analytics or usage data

Data Storage and Security • All your content is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework • We do not currently offer cloud sync functionality • Your data is protected by your device’s security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID) • We implement industry-standard security practices in our app development

Third-Party Services We use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For payment processing and subscription management • RevenueCat: For subscription infrastructure and validation

• Access Your Data: All your data is accessible within the app • Delete Your Data: Use the “Reset All Data” option in Settings to permanently delete all saved items • Export Your Data: (Coming soon) Export your saved items to a file • Cancel Subscription: Manage your subscription through App Store Settings

Children’s Privacy Our app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. All data is stored locally on the device.

Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy.
